1. The reservation must be booked through redroof.com or by calling 1-800-RED-ROOF.
2. The Red Roof rate and the Comparison Rate must be found, and a completed Claim Form submitted, within 24 hours of booking and at least one business day prior to arrival. The Comparison Rate must be for the same Red Roof hotel, the same room type, the same number of guests and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply.
3. Red Roof will verify the Comparison Rate within one business day of receiving your claim and notify you of the results. Because the claim must be processed before check-in, you must submit your claim at least one business day prior to check-in.
4. When multiple rates for the same Red Roof hotel, reservation dates, and room type are available on redroof.com, you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee.
5. The Comparison Rate must be bookable by the general public throughout the entirety of the booking process and be verifiable by Red Roof. If the Comparison Rate is reserved, Red Roof is not responsible for any fees or other costs incurred due to cancellation of that reservation.
6. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the Comparison Rate must still be available at the time Red Roof validates the claim. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or difference in currency exchange rates are excluded from the Red Roof RediPromise.
7. Guest must be a RediRewards® member or enroll in RediRewards® to receive the RediRewards® RediPoints for a future free night stay.
8. RediRewards® points will be given based on the hotel reserved:
   1. 7,500 RediPoints for HomeTowne Studios or HomeTowne Studios & Suites hotels
   2. 8,500 RediPoints for Red Roof Inn or Red Roof PLUS+ hotels
   3. 14,000 RediPoints for The Red Collection hotels
9. When a claim form covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately. We will match the lower rate found for the first stay. RediRewards® RediPoints will be issued after the qualifying stay is completed.
10. Void where prohibited by law. Red Roof reserves the right to modify or cancel the Red Roof RediPromise at any time without prior notice.
11. The Red Roof RediPromise does not apply to the following rate types:
    1. Reservations made directly with a Red Roof hotel do not apply.
    2. Rates which are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate/VP+®, group rates or wholesale rates (on sites like Amoma, Trip.com Cancelon, etc.).
    3. Discount rates offered only to member or groups of individuals who meet previously-specified criteria, including AAA members, seniors, or government/military.
    4. Discounted rates as a result of the application of member program points such as Hopper Carrot Cash, Expedia Member point, etc.
    5. Specific discounts offered to guests outside of the U.S.
    6. Package rates which include a room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
    7. Rates which are available on auction or resale websites.
    8. Rates available on websites such as Priceline and Hotwire, which do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
    9. Pre-paid rates which involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate.
    10. Rates displayed on the following "Ineligible Sites": Traveluro, Holisto, GoSplitty, Hotels in America, Super.com, and Reserving.com.
